How We Guard Your Information

What is Collected:
When you gather a selection of wares from the Mercantile, I collect only the essentials: your name, shipping address, and email. This is strictly so I can post your wool and herbals to you and send a "Tidings" notification with your tracking number. If you join The Mwsogl Circle, I will keep your email on file to send you updates from the hills.

How it is Used:
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone across the fence or across the sea. I am a fiber artist and folk herbalist, not a data broker. Your information is used only by me and the secure, encrypted platforms required to process your harvest and print your labels.

Cookies & Security:
Like almost every digital window, this one uses "cookies" to keep the Mercantile running (such as remembering what is in your cart). Your payment information is handled through a secure, encrypted gateway; I never actually see or store your private card numbers.

Your Choice:
If you ever wish for your name to be removed from the Chronicles or our circle, simply Send Tidings to the studio and I will take care of it immediately.
