Agreements of the Hearth (Terms & Conditions)

1. The Nature of the Wares
Every item at The Mossy Spindle is hand-wrought and unique. While I photograph our wares in the natural light of the Puget Sound, colors may shift from screen to screen. Because these are wild-spun and earth-born, slight variations in texture, weight, and hue are not flaws—they are the character of the work.

2. The Shared Studio (Allergy Disclaimer)
Our products are created in a working studio on a farm shared with goats, a llama, a pig, dogs, and cats. While all fiber is thoroughly cleaned and scoured, the studio is not a "pet-free" environment. Please be mindful of this if you have severe sensitivities to our animal neighbors.

3. Of Coin & Exchange
All prices are listed in USD. As the seasons shift, I reserve the right to change prices or retire specific wares without notice. To ensure the harvest is gathered fairly, payment is due at the time of purchase.

4. Human Errors & Mists
Occasionally, the mist may cloud my eyes, leading to a typo in a description or an error in pricing. I reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for a selection listed at an incorrect price while I correct the ledger.

5. The Maker’s Rights (Copyright)
The stories and images found here—including the chronicles of the animals and the artifacts of the studio—are my property and the record of my life’s work. Please do not borrow or use them without sending tidings to ask first.
