Refunds & Exchanges

The Short Version
Because I am a one-person studio and our wares are created in small, artful batches, all sales are final. Once wool or herbals leave the farm gates for a new home, I cannot bring them back into the studio and guarantee their condition for the next maker.

If the mist has clouded my eyes and I have sent the wrong item, or if there is a genuine oversight on my part, please Send Tidings within 7 days of your package’s arrival. Include a note and a photo, and I will do whatever I can to make it right—whether that is a replacement or a refund.

The Nature of the Craft
Part of the charm of wild-spun and botanically dyed fiber is that it isn't factory-perfect. Please expect variations in texture and color—that is simply the character of the earth, the plants, and the animals. I photograph everything in the natural light of the hills, but every digital window shows color a little differently.

Shipping Hiccups
If your order arrives damaged or goes astray in the post, please get in touch. Once it leaves our gate, it is in the hands of the postal service, but I am happy to help you track its journey across the hills or find a solution.

Named for Mwsogl (our moss-loving 'Moose'), this is our quiet post for those who love artful fiber and folk herbals. Sign up to know exactly when the next batch of wild-crafted & wild-spun treasures is ready to leave the studio.
