the mercantile is at rest.

The harvest has concluded, and the treasures of the last collection have found their new homes.

When the shop is quiet, it means I have returned to the Wool Shed & Apothecary to begin the slow work of the next moon. Right now, the dye pots are simmering with botanical colors, the spinning wheel is a-whir, and new guardians are being needle-felted from the locks of the Pygora Seven.

Creating one-of-a-kind artifacts takes time, patience, and the right turn of the seasons. I work in small, intentional batches to ensure every piece carries the true spirit of the Wildfarm.

While the gates are latched:

Title: The Guardian of the Hoard: A Needle-Felting Rite

The Vision

Every wool-weaver knows that a true "stash" requires a protector. This kit invites you into the studio to conjure your own Guardian of the Hoard—a small but fierce dragon born from the silken locks of the Wildfarm.

The Experience

This is more than a project; it is a "slow craft" ritual. Using ethically harvested wool from sheep and our own Pygora Seven, you will sculpt, needle-felt, and breathe life into a companion that fits in the palm of your hand.

Inside the Satchel

  • The Soul: A generous portion of hand-prepped Wildfarm wool (in Moss, Slate, or Ember hues).

  • The Tools: Forged felting needles and a burlap working pad.

  • The Lore: A step-by-step guide to bringing your dragon from the mist into the material world.

Skill Level

A trial for the brave beginner or the seasoned sorcerer of wool.

Named for Mwsogl (our moss-loving 'Moose'), this is our quiet post for those who love artful fiber and folk herbals. Sign up to know exactly when the next batch of wild-crafted & wild-spun treasures is ready to leave the studio.

    Mwsogl: Moose the resident Pygora.
